I would like to reserve an out of stock product, is it possible?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve an out of stock product.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not sell gift cards at the moment.
Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
If the price drops within 14 days of the purchase, we will be happy to refund you the difference. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I add a review to a product?
On the product page, below the product description, press on write a review. Please note that all reviews made by non-customers will be deleted.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
In the event of the loss of a parcel whose delivery status on the Canada Post website indicates that the parcel has been delivered, we invite you to report the problem by contacting our Customer Service as quickly as possible. Following the evaluation and approval of your application, we will send you a new package as soon as possible.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us with your name and order number, as well as pictures of the damaged item from multiple angles. A replacement will be sent upon the approval of your request.
